Refund policy

1. All Sales Are Final                                           All purchases of physical products from TressesByKaoir, are final.

We do not except returns, exchanges, or refunds for any physical goods once the transaction is completed, unless required by applicable law. 

 2. Incorrect Items Shipped

If you received the wrong item due to our error, please contact us within 10 days so we can correct the issue promptly at no cost to you.

3. Order Cancellations 

Once an order for physical products is placed, it cannot be canceled, as processing begins immediately.

4. Delivery Responsibility 

Once an order is delivered to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled packages after shipment.
